Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management of job sites
• Assist Project superintendent with job schedules and oversee municipal inspections
• Monitor subcontractor performance to verify work is being completed in a timely manner and adheres to scope of work
• Perform internal inspections as part of CPHs Quality Assurance Process
• Maintain a safe working environment on every job site that complies with all state and federal governing agencies
• Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets
