The Assistant Project Manager - Residential will support project managers on active residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion across Cape Cod and surrounding areas, maintaining schedules, documentation and communication records.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of residential construction experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to develop into a Project Manager. Residence near Falmouth, MA is preferred; company offers competitive salary and benefits.

The Assistant Project Manager - Residential will:

Profile

The right Assistant Project Manager - Residential should have:

• 1-2 years of residential construction experience required.
• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar residential construction role.
• Strong interest in developing a long-term career in project management.
• Experience working on custom homes, luxury residential projects, renovations, or ground-up residential construction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and general construction technology proficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with office and field teams.
• Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of the Falmouth, MA office.
