• Support the Project Manager across all phases of roofing projects.

• Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain organized project records and tracking in project management systems.
• Attend meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery timelines.

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and driven Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, coordinating moving parts, and supporting successful project delivery.

The Assistant Project Manager reports directly to a Project Manager and serves as an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across all phases of roofing projects
