Job summary

Shepherd Electric Supply in Frederick, MD is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to keep projects moving from submittals to deliveries. You will coordinate with Project Managers, outside sales, purchasing, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time shipments and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, order management, inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to track multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation and submittals to keep projects on track.
• Enter, update, and track orders, releases, and project records in Eclipse and related systems.
• Communicate proactively with customers, sales, and vendors to resolve issues and keep projects progressing.
