You will support Project Managers, track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and budgets, coordinate with subs and engineers, maintain schedules, and help close out projects with as-built docs. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to report to Waukesha/Brookfield area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day project management activities on commercial construction projects.
• Support the preparation, review, and tracking of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain project schedules, logs, and reports.
• Assist with cost tracking, budget updates, and quantity takeoffs.
• Participate in project meetings and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and company procedures.
• Help close out projects, including as-built documentation and warranties.
