Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support an owner-side construction team on diverse projects with values from several million to tens of millions. This role focuses on assisting with bids, documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating across contractors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates hold a construction-related degree and at least one year of GC experience. Occasional travel to Northeast project sites is required as part of ``Owner side'' delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working for a General Contractor.
• Construction or related degree.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bids, contracts, change orders and project documentation.
• Assist with project scheduling.
• Help manage budgets, schedules and project reporting.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Occasional travel across the Northeast to project sites.
