Job summary

You will work with the Project Manager(s) from preconstruction through project completion, and participate in project schedules, procurement coordination, and closeout procedures, while benefiting from our company training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and project team stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement of materials and services for ongoing projects.
• Support subcontract creation and change-order processes.
• Assist with overall project accounting and change order tracking.
• Coordinate project team members and maintain project schedules.
• Maintain communication hierarchy and protocol among project stakeholders.
• Review projects in the field and perform quality control.
• Attend and assist in job meetings and participate in closeout procedures.
• Review submittals, manage procurement timelines, and maintain logs and records.
