Experience the EMBREY WAY as an Assistant Project Manager. Your role will be to maximize profits and mitigate risks by delivering high-quality projects on time, safely, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Review and update construction schedules weekly with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Distribute revised plans and specifications to relevant teams and subcontractors.
• Procure, review, and approve shop drawings and submittals, maintaining logs of these documents.
• Keep records of field work orders and change orders, tracking their impact on costs and schedules.
• Assist in identifying and solving issues affecting project timelines and budgets.
• Help gather information for project close-out, including final documentation and warranties.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or related field.

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR.

Position type: salaried/exempt with competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k). Location: Franklin, TN. Reporting: directly to Project Manager.
