Job summary

PaulsCorp is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Denver, CO to oversee multifamily residential construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will support the Senior Project Manager and Superintendent in coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and documentation to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and cost control.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with construction management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Five+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, contracts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project administration and coordination.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project team.
• Lead meetings, track actions, and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor progress, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
