Job summary

The Project Manager at PaulsCorp in Colorado oversees multifamily residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with the Senior Project Manager and Superintendent to keep on schedule and on budget.

You will coordinate drawings and specifications, manage procurement, track commitments, lead kickoff and coordination meetings, and support contract administration, documentation, and project controls to ensure quality and safety across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Five or more years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project administration and coordination.
• Maintain project documents, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout records.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Support safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare and manage budgets and cost reporting.
