Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of progressive construction field experience required.
• Experience leading multifamily construction projects and podium structures.
• Experience with projects over $50MM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sub-contractors and track manpower.
• Oversee project Area Superintendents and assist in project success.
• Ensure quality and on-time completion of work.

Construction Management software (Procore/Autodesk)
