Job summary

PaulsCorp seeks a Project Engineer to support multifamily residential construction, coordinating documentation, procurement, scheduling, and field operations. You will work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure quality and timely project execution.

The role develops toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager positions, with emphasis on technical coordination, risk awareness, and proactive communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/Arch or related field.
• 1–3 years of construction experience, preferably multifamily.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam; experience with Forma/Procore.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and samples.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate procurement activities and subcontract administration.
• Support cost control, change management, and progress billing.
• Facilitate field coordination and QA/QC programs.
