Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred.
• Experience coordinating project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, project reporting, and meeting coordination.
• Experience supporting project controls, scheduling, labor tracking, cost reporting, and forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Support the Program Project Manager with daily coordination from planning through project completion.
• Lead and coordinate Project Engineering activities including field progress tracking and quality reporting.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, meeting minutes, correspondence, and document control.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting for scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, progress reporting, and schedule updates.
• Support labor tracking, project reporting, document management, and administrative processes.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Assist with project controls, cost reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Support project closeout activities and final documentation packages.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
