Job summary

NES is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of electrical and mission-critical construction projects. You will coordinate documentation, schedules, reporting, and engineering activities alongside seasoned industry leaders.

This role offers a path to advanced project management with hands-on exposure to project controls, RFIs, submittals, and cross-functional teams on busy site environments across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Project Manager with daily coordination of project activities from planning through completion.
• Lead and coordinate Project Engineering activities and field progress tracking.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, meeting minutes, and document control.
• Assist with project scheduling, cost reporting, and forecasting.
