NexGen in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (MEP) to support planning and execution of projects. You will liaise with stakeholders, coordinate tasks, analyze data, and handle administrative duties to keep projects moving smoothly.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3 years of related experience, and proficiency with project management software. Strong communication, organization, and a collaborative team mindset are essential.
NexGen is looking for an Assistant Project Manager - MEP to join their team in Reno, NV.
Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, liaise with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables, coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables, analyze data as required, conduct administrative duties such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates, track and report project progress, and perform other duties assigned by the project manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
