Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Manager in Kansas to provide general management for mechanical construction projects and supervise staff. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in mechanical construction or related fields and be proficient with MS Office; Accubid and AutoCAD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, supporting delivery processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical construction, project management, or related field preferred.
• Proficient PC skills and MS Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned portions of opportunities and projects for accuracy.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales).
• Update and maintain project documentation and records.
• Coordinate and track project documentation and timelines.
• Develop delivery processes to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Monitor client opportunities in the pipeline and progress of projects.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure coordination for timely integration.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and effective employee relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
