Qualifications

• Education: Technical Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
• 5–7 years of progressive CAD experience or Accubid experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies detailing and prefabrication strategies to the design during the Preconstruction process.
• Leads budgeting and cost alternatives with estimators.
• Provides design, budgeting and model coordination support on Design-Build/Design Assist projects.
• Keeps Preconstruction manager updated on changes and modifications.
• Provides field support and on-site documentation as needed.
• Submits energy code and egress lighting drawings for state submittal.
• Develops value engineering solutions and quantifies cost elements.
• Supports manufacturing opportunities with Preconstruction and operations.
