Job summary

This role supports planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects with close collaboration to Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Must hold OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of plumbing & HVAC design codes.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities with field staff and project team using approved drawings.
• Support the Project Manager to ensure effective performance and on-time delivery.
• Execute work per shop drawings, specs, schedules and method statements.
• Assist the technical team with issues directed by senior management.
• Monitor progress and submit site reports as per plan.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and report progress/risks.
• Maintain site management information systems and daily records.
• Provide senior management with status updates on program, quality, variations and client issues.
• Review drawings for accuracy and ensure current revisions are used.
