Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ construction experience, preferably in specialty trades.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic proficiency in Service Fusion and Microsoft Excel.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling and readiness checks.
• Conduct field visits to verify installations.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to confirm readiness.
• Participate in final punch-list walkthroughs with the PM.
