Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking an Assistant Project/Warranty Manager for Maverick Golf & Ranch Club in Fort Worth, TX. You will support the project management of residential builds, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead Procore-driven processes across the build cycle.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and field operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery while mentoring team members and maintaining client communications throughout the home-building journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience.
• Construction management certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 experience required.
• 5+ years in construction in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimation, bidding, buyout, budget management, cost control and per project P&L.
• Lead as directed by project management on assigned items.
• Maintain client communications during home building process.
• Manage Procore across the build cycle and ensure data quality.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules provided by project manager.
• Support weekly stakeholder meetings (OAC, design, foreman, subs).
• Assist procurement logs and manage buyout, lead-times and delivery.
• Track milestone schedules and delivery dates for projects.
• Coach and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Ensure site cleanliness, material management and safety.
• Perform field inspections and daily safety walks.
• Review subcontractor scopes and CSI cost-code divisions.
• Read construction documents and understand trades.
