Job summary

Maverick Golf & Ranch Club in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Project/Warranty Manager to support the Construction/Development Department. You will assist in managing residential construction projects, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring data quality in Procore.

Responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and supporting meetings with owners, designers, builders, and superintendents. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in the field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Construction Management certification and Procore certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 experience.
• At least 5 years of applicable work history.
• Preference for luxury residential construction experience; commercial experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating, bidding, buyout, budgeting, cost control and project P&L tracking.
• Lead as directed by project management team on assigned tasks.
• Maintain client communications during home building.
• Own Procore usage for the build cycle and ensure data quality.
• Maintain budgets and schedules provided by the project manager.
• Coordinate procurement logs and manage buyout, lead times and deliveries.
• Support weekly project stakeholder meetings and executive reporting.
• Review subcontractor scopes and read construction documents.
• Assist in takeoffs and material procurement.
• Mentor and supervise project team members and contractors.
