Job summary

Muckleroy & Falls is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Texas construction team. You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents to plan, coordinate, and execute commercial projects, taking increasing ownership of financial, operational, and client-relations aspects.

You will assist with startup through closeout, manage RFIs and submittals, and help mentor engineers and interns while developing toward a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience as Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from startup through closeout with owners, architects, consultants, trade partners, and the project team.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontract administration, and project controls (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Support cost management, forecasting, and owner billing.
