Job summary

Muckleroy & Falls is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily job site performance and execution, ensuring client satisfaction in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead field operations, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards while mentoring Assistant Superintendents.

With 5+ years of commercial construction experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred, you will drive coordination, review drawings, and partner with the Project Manager on critical project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Procore experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site performance and execution for project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents and review reports.
• Build a cohesive job site team through strong communication and collaboration.
• Lead project start-up, safety meetings, and coordination meetings.
• Review drawings, manage RFIs/submittals, and monitor schedules.
