Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• Knowledge of construction technology and MS Project, Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug test; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team with site visits for customer meetings and coordination.
• Assist in development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans.
• Coordinate review and approval from Project Manager and communicate to the team.
• Support project scheduling, activity lists, durations, and sequencing.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports and manage project costs.
