You will plan, schedule, budget, procure, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing industrial/commercial projects and 2+ years as a Mechanical PM, with proficiency in scheduling, estimating software, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale commercial & industrial construction projects from setup to close out.
• Recruit, manage and lead teams of employees including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Supervise daily work of employees and ensure conformance with contract requirements and safety standards.
