Zusammenfassung

The LiRo Group seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support renovations at the Manhattan Psychiatric Hospital. You will coordinate with the Engineer in Charge and manage multi-trade construction activities, MEP systems, and project reporting.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture and 4+ years of APM experience on NYS/ NYC public projects; OSHA 30; strong organization and communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• 4+ years of construction APM experience in planning, estimating, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Experience with MEP systems is a plus.
• Must have construction experience on NYS/ NYC public agency projects.
• Knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document reviews, forecast and cost scheduling, and change orders.

Aufgaben

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Monitor construction work to ensure quality, compliance, and budget control.
• Coordinate construction activities across multiple trades, focusing on MEP systems.
• Oversee contractor performance, manage submittals, RFIs, requisitions, and change orders.
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, and payment reviews.
