Job summary

Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc., a Boston-based design-build firm, seeks an Assistant Project Manager for its high-end residential and commercial projects in downtown Boston. The role acts as a hub among Owners, Architects, Engineers, Tenants, and vendors to drive feasibility, cost, scheduling, and close-out, with a focus on design development and coordination.

As the hub of project communications, you will coordinate with PMs and Site Supervisors, oversee cost reporting, and participate in safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in high-end residential construction.
• Experience handling 4+ projects simultaneously.
• Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and Site Supervisors to deliver projects to clients.
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders; manage scheduling and costs.
• Assist with change orders, RFIs, and close-out activities.
