Job summary

Sleeping Dog Properties is a Boston-based design-build company seeking an Assistant Project Manager with 3+ years of high-end residential construction experience in the Boston area.

The APM will liaise with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Tenants on feasibility, cost, scheduling, completion, and close-out for multiple projects, handling design development, coordination drawings, pre-construction, construction, and tenant coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience specifically within high-end residential construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and managing project costs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Tenants regarding feasibility, cost, scheduling, completion, and close-out.
• Coordinate design development, coordination drawings, pre-construction, construction and tenant coordination.
• Maintain constant communications with all team members, internal/external customers and vendors.
• Lead project close-out processes and ensure project quality.
