Ideal candidates have 3+ years of heavy civil experience, DOT project exposure, and a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Relocation to Fredericksburg is available, with a path to running your own projects on a growing portfolio across

Qualifications

• 3+ years on heavy civil, highway or utility projects in field roles.
• DOT project experience preferred.
• Familiar with schedule and cost controls.
• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive submittals, RFIs and procurement to keep field crews ahead.
• Coordinate subcontractors and supplier POs.
• Track quantities, production and cost against budget.
• Prepare monthly pay applications and cost projections.
• Support schedule updates and change management.
• Work with VDOT inspectors and owner reps.
• Maintain clean project documentation.
• Participate in weekly schedule and cost reviews.
• Support a strong jobsite safety culture.
