Job summary

Richard is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Butler, PA to lead day‑to‑day project activities and ensure delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, and uphold safety guidelines across healthcare, data centers and other critical facilities.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a proactive approach to risk management, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth within a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience with a hard‑bid general contracting company.
• Experience with Davis Bacon‑Prevailing wage or Union projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project start up, completion, punch list and close-out.
• Lead costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Coordinate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality.
• Plan quality processes including pre-activity meetings and material management.
• Draft and review RFIs, change orders and project schedules.
• Develop 3‑week look‑aheads and home office/owner communications.
• Manage subcontractors, scope, terms and conditions and procurement.
• Oversee equipment, permits and third‑party requirements.
• Run internal and owner project meetings and manage content.
