Richard Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead day-to-day project activities in North Hills, CA. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires 5–10 years in hard-bid contracting, a relevant degree, and proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years' experience with a hard-bid general contracting company is preferred.
• Experience with federal sector projects and healthcare projects is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise project start up, project completion, punch list identification and close-out.
• Provide leadership for controls including costs, planning, scheduling, and supervision of personnel.
• Communicate and coordinate with all project team members to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality control.
