Job summary

Richard is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Operations team in Hines, IL. You will lead day-to-day project activities, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

You will develop P6 schedules, track progress, and ensure compliance with federal and safety requirements on healthcare and other large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ experience with a hard‑bid general contracting company.
• Experience in healthcare and federal sector projects.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug test.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project activities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality control.
• Develop P6 schedules with cost and resource loading.
• Coordinate with home office, owner, and subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractor management and contract compliance.
• Lead internal and owner meetings and document decisions.
