Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the construction project.
• Planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting support for design alternatives.
• Overseeing the submittal process to ensure timely approvals and progress.
• Managing RFI responses and maintaining a log of queries.
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Implementing communication plan and operating rhythm for timely information sharing.
• Conducting project review meetings and providing progress updates.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing deliverables.
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues.
• Managing scope changes and contingency planning.
