Garney is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination, construction, or field experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement activities.
• Support jobsite operations and assist in managing subcontractor performance and compliance.
• Attend project meetings and document action items, key decisions, and next steps.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project reports, forecasts, and billing documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and project partners to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct site visits to support field teams, verify progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain organized project records and assist with contract compliance requirements.
• Monitor project risks and support safety and environmental compliance initiatives.
