Qualifications

• Excellent scheduling and time management skills.
• Leadership with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management experience.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager across all project phases.
• Support design alternatives, estimates, scheduling, and budgets.
• Oversee submittals to ensure timely approvals and progress.
• Manage RFI responses and maintain response log.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Implement communication plan and operating rhythm for updates.
• Lead project review meetings and report progress and risks.
