Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with schedule tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports construction administration on one or more projects.
• Documents changes from contracts and notifies the Project Manager of issues.
• Manages RFI and Submittal processes.
• Prepares and maintains weekly meeting minutes.
• Assists with project close-out documentation.
• Coordinates with subs for pre-punch and final punch lists.
• Supports Change Order and PCO processes.
• Reviews subcontractor pay applications for monthly billing.
• Contributes to CPM schedule updates.
• Ensures field documents and information are up to date.
