Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work on $20M+ ground up industrial, multi-family, and retail projects, and on a $1B dollar commercial general contractor. Great benefits, bonus, and truck allowance are offered.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 per year. The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience in ground up Tilt-Wall commercial construction and 2+ years in construction management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ground up Tilt-Wall commercial construction.
• 2+ years of experience in construction management.
• Experience with ground up multi-family, retail or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ground-up Tilt-Wall commercial construction projects from inception to turnover.
• Manage budgets, schedules and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers and field teams to achieve project goals.
