Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry experience, focusing on commercial projects.
• Experience on projects exceeding $20M.
• Proficiency in Procore and PlanGrid.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing ground-up commercial projects.
• Coordinate and supervise construction from design to final build within budget.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and budgets.
• Use Procore and PlanGrid to manage project docs and communications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and building specialists.
• Conduct site visits to enforce design, specs, and safety.
• Resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
