Job Summary | |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management or closely related field of study. One (1) year of project management experience in construction, architecture, interior design, engineering, or very closely related field. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record. |
Preferred Education and Experience | One (1) year of project management experience in construction, architecture, interior design, engineering, or very closely related field in a higher education or K-12 education environment; can be counted concurrently with minimum qualification requirements. One (1) year of experience creating budgets and cost estimates. |
