Summary: The Assistant Project Manager, Bid & Pipeline Management, works as part of the project controls and estimating team consisting of multiple general contracting programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management - Manages Construction Services (CS) leads, opportunities, and bidding pipeline.
- Coordinates with the business development, vertical and operational teams to develop, track leads and upcoming opportunities.
- Coordinates directly with a wide array of government clients such as VA, AAFES, Amtrak, USACE and others to track upcoming opportunities.
- Ensures CS pipeline tracker and CE data bases are updated and accurate for all leads, opportunities, and pending bids.
- Builds and maintains the CS estimating dashboard tracking trends over time.
- Manages bid documents ensuring all Egnyte folders are built and managed for bidding opportunities.
- Establishes bidding schedule of events for all opportunities and tracks all required bidding milestones, meetings, decisions, and submittals.
- Ensures all bid submittals are complete, edited, presentable, and submitted on time to all stakeholders.
- Edits client submissions and proposals to ensure aligned with Sevan branding and communications standards.
- Runs the CS Bidding Review and RFP Review weekly meetings. Coordinates with the C-Suite for high level decision meetings.
- Manages the CS sub-contractor database and sub-contractor engagement programs. Includes conducting subcontractor reviews and ratings, monitoring qualification processes, and conducting regular outreach events.
- Works with bid coordinators to ensure that the established networks of subcontractors are being leveraged for bidding opportunities.
- Negotiates directly with subcontractors on complex bidding requirements.
- Assists the project controls team where required.
- Fulfills the duties of the Project Executive, Project Controls as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- 4-year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years sales, pipeline management, hard bidding, contractor procurement, and project management experience; or 10+ years related experience managing sales pipelines, generating bids/proposals, negotiating with subcontractors, running meetings, and directing milestone completion.

Pay & Benefits
The anticipated compensation range for the position is $70,000 to $90,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
Work Conditions
This is a remote-based role with recurring travel as needed. A highly collaborative environment that flourishes when individual and team contributions combine to achieve target goals and objectives. Able to work remotely in a home office setting and manage time effectively with multiple projects and deadlines. Travel up to 25% to meetings and events as needed. Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
