ServiceMaster CDR in Akron, OH seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager for Fire & Contents restoration. You will lead projects from start to finish, coordinate with homeowners, insurers, and team members, and ensure safety and adherence to standards.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Wage ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE, with opportunities for growth through certifications and on-site training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.

• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC certifications any of the following: FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT. Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with experience in fire restoration.
• Skills: Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
• Attitude: A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
