Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Akron, OH is seeking an Experienced Fire Restoration Professional to lead restoration projects, mitigate fire damage, and ensure customer satisfaction with precision and care.

The role requires IICRC certifications and at least two years in a lead role with fire restoration, plus strong communication and work ethic. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC certifications such as FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT (state licenses preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of two years in a Lead Role with fire restoration experience.
• Skills: Strong practical restoration skills, excellent communication, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in fire damage mitigation including smoke and odor remediation.
• Adhere to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters to ensure project success.
