Job summary

Marshall Industrial Technologies, Inc seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support multiple projects and customer accounts. You will coordinate with foremen and crews, help estimate and document small to moderate jobs, and nurture client relationships to promote department growth.

You will meet customers regularly to ensure the highest level of satisfaction while balancing field visits and office duties such as quoting and administration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and customer accounts.
• Ability to supervise foreman and crew and coordinate work.
• Familiarity with cost control, budgeting, and bid preparation.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete site visits with PM/Foreman to ensure quality and safety.
• Lead cost controls and report overruns; assist root cause investigations.
• Prepare bids and coordinate with estimator; submit bids after review.
• Audit housekeeping and maintain technical competence on site.
• Report to Group Manager and supervise project personnel.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
