Job summary

City Light & Power (CLP) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support active electrical infrastructure projects at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and field crews to keep work moving from planning through close‑out.

In this hands‑on coordination role, you’ll develop budgets, schedules, and construction service plans, monitor progress, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; substitutions allowed with related work experience.
• 2–4 years of industrial/commercial building construction experience.
• Experience with federal government contracting is a plus.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reports on project phases and financial performance.
• Maintain relations with Client, project team, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Support budget, schedule, and construction service plans development.
• Attend project meetings from pre-award to close-out.
• Monitor resources, track timelines, and coordinate procurement processes.
• Ensure safety compliance with EH&S Director and company standards.
