Job Description
  • Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing across a range of structural systems and materials.
  • Develop and manage 3‑D structural models and BIM documentation.
  • Produce complete, accurate construction documents and calculation packages.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review submittals and RFIs and conduct field observations and inspections as needed.
  • Support project budgeting, scheduling, billing, and closeout activities.
  • Represent the firm professionally in client meetings, coordination meetings, and on‑site visits.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in a structural engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in BIM and structural analysis software.
  • Expert knowledge of applicable building codes and industry design standards.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver quality work on schedule.
  • A team‑oriented mindset with an interest in developing leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Engineering licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
