Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and guide Engineers/Coordinators with PM and field team.
• Identify cost and schedule impacts for RFIs, submittals, and design changes.
• Price change orders for PM review and approval in a timely manner.
• Develop and manage close out documents as projects progress.
