LeoForce in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget delivery with high quality. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong relationships and drive project success.

You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and change management, coordinate with clients and vendors, and use data to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in commercial or retail construction.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, financial controls, and project reporting.

Job Details

The Project Manager leads multiple construction projects from early planning through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong relationships and drive successful project outcomes. The position requires a balance of leadership, financial oversight, and field coordination.
