Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an Assistant Project Manager to lead ground-up construction of data centers from preconstruction through project completion. This is a full-time travel position supporting a project in West Texas.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management, plus excellent communication and client-relations skills. Travel home monthly is available; site knowledge in data centers, industrial, or healthcare projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Assistant Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• 2+ years of Assistant Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with ground-up projects valued at $20M+.
• Experience in data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up construction of data centers from preconstruction through project completion.
• Travel to the West Texas project site with monthly trips home.
