The Contents Assistant Project Manager leads the contents crew in pack-out, cleaning, inventory, storage, and pack-back of customer belongings, ensuring quality work, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.

Based in Raleigh, NC, the role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of contents or restoration experience, and IICRC certification plus. Travel to jobsites and weekend/on-call availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the contents crew on pack-out, cleaning, inventory, storage, and pack-back projects.
• Perform and supervise the careful handling, labeling, cleaning, and restoration of customer belongings.
• Accurately document and photograph customer belongings and maintain detailed inventory records.
• Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order, monitoring from start to finish.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadanddirectthecontentscrewonpack-out,cleaning,inventory,storage,andpack-backprojects.
• Performandsupervisethecarefulhandling,labeling,cleaning,andrestorationofcustomerbelongings.
• Accuratelydocumentandphotographcustomerbelongingsandmaintaindetailedinventoryrecords.
• ManageandcompletejobsaccordingtoSERVPROprocessesperworkorder,monitoringassignedjobsfromstarttofinish.
• Respondtoservicecalls,setupandestablishefficientjobflow,andcoordinatetherequirementsforeachjob.
• Communicateclearexpectationstoproductiontechniciansandsupervisetheiractivitiesandqualityofwork.
• Explainprocessesandanswercustomerquestions,establishingrelationshipswithcommercial,insurance,andresidentialcustomers.
• Monitor,communicate,andrespondtocustomerneedsandconcernstoensurecustomersatisfaction.
• Maintaincontinuouscommunicationwithinternalparties,includingtheJobFileCoordinatorandmanagement.
• Identifysafetyhazards,communicatethem,andestablishcontrolmeasurestoensurethesafetyofoccupantsandworkers.
• Followandenforceallsafetyproceduresonthejobsite.
• Resolveproblemsquicklyastheyarise.
• Managejobfiledocumentationtoensurecompleteandaccurateprojectdetails,includingphotosandrequiredreadings.
• Manageandcontrolthecostsofproductionprojects.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS
