Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to build, onboard, and manage the contractor workforce for daily projects across multifamily and commercial properties. You will report to a Project Manager and be the main contact for contractors, coordinating staffing with Superintendents and Project Managers on site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, recruiting, scheduling, or managing a high-volume hourly contractor workforce.
• Backgrounds in blue-collar service environments translate well.
• Highly resourceful and capable of finding crews quickly when needed.
• Comfortable managing contractors directly, including performance conversations.
• Spanish fluency is a plus for cleaning operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a reliable bench of 1099 contractors for daily projects.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage contractors, including documentation and portal onboarding.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for contractors.
• Perform field visits to inspect work and enforce quality standards.
• Help resolve contractor pay disputes, scope discrepancies, and other operational issues.
• Operate in a high-volume environment with rapidly changing schedules.
